Born
on 6th June.1969 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In horoscope sign
Twins.
My hobbies in primary school were drawing of technical drawings,
designing fonts, watching photos, designing, sport, ... If I look
back I can see that I work exactly what I was doing it as I was
a little boy. It was kind of prediction.
I
entered in the world of photography in secondary school with father's
analogue camera Kiev. Before that he bought me short book about
basics of photography. So I stepped in photograpy.
My first own photos were shoot on Rally Championship Saturnus
in late 80's. The expectations in my my mind and the results on
print photographs were something different. Photos were taken
but the exposure time was too short to express the movement of
the cars. Everything was so static. I said ok. This is for the
first time OK, next time I'll do it better. And I've practiced
shooting for many years. And so these days.
Then
in lately 80's, exactly on 1988 I've bought an analogue video
camera Video8 and finished with photography. Ten years were dedicated
only for motion pictures and editing recordered materials.
After
finishing the University I've finally came back to photography.
That was by the end of the 20th century. I've bought Nikon's F60
with Sigma lens 28-200 mm. This camera gave so much satisfaction
in catching the moments that I've taken many many photos. I prefer
telephoto lens getting the blurry background with sharp object
in foreground.
After
that came the digital times and a digital cameras changed the
way of making photos. Lower costs, handly computer retouching.
Now I use Canon EOS-30D digital with variety of lens and Kaiser
tabletop.
Why
I've made this site?
Because I want to share this beauty of Santorini's architecture
with other people.
I visited Santorini island in Greece three times. It inspired
me a lot so I returned back two times. There is a real world of
fantastic Greek achitecture with very pleasant people. So I dedicated
this site to inhabitants of Santorini and all people in the world
who has already visited this island or they are willing to get
and explore it in the whole way.
